Refund Policy

Non-credit/no unit classes:
There is a full refund if a class is canceled on the same day as purchased. If the class is canceled within the first 10 days, there is a refund minus $15 bank charge. Classes via Cal Poly State University and Cal State MB: The colleges policy is a full refund minus a $25 service charge within 10 days of enrollment. This is provided you have not accessed any information from the course. IF you have accessed the course, you will not be eligible for a refund. |
